The Ultimate Success Formula

by Tejas

In the SKST Camp, we learnt something called ‘The Ultimate Success Formula’, what many great people used. It goes like this:

Goals: You must have 1 goal no matter what happens. People will discourage you, but you must not give up the goal. Easier goals will come in the journey to get your goal, but you must not give up the 1 single goal of your life. So, decide now and don’t change it.

Strategy: You may have a goal, but you will not be able achieve it unless you have a strategy. If you fail (Get the feedback you didn’t want), you must change your strategy (I’ll explain it later in this post)

Action: Even if you have a good goal and a good strategy, what use will they be if you don’t take the action? And anyway, don’t delay taking action as is the success principle: “Do it now, Do it right, Do it fast”

Result: You know what is your result and you will definitely get it. If your result is = your goal, then success, but if not, there are 3 ways in which people react with failure:

1.) They give up, treat it as a failure and give excuses, blames and complaints.

2.) They continue doing it, and say it’s a PROBLEM, because they TRY and DON’T KNOW what to do (don’t use those words which are capital, TRY, PROBLEM and I DONT KNOW, since they effect your brain)

3.) They say “There are no failures, only feedback” and change their strategy, take action and get result

So, use the Ultimate Success Formula and if you don’t get the right result, deal with it in the 3rd way and BE A CHAMPION!

The Rabbit & The Tortoise

by Tejas

This is a common story known by most of us, The Rabbit & The Tortoise. Anyway, let me tell you it:

Once upon a time a tortoise and a hare had an argument about who is faster. They decided to settle the argument with a race. They agreed on a route and started off the race. The hare ran fast for some time. Then seeing that he was far ahead of the tortoise, he thought he’d sit under a tree for some time and relax before continuing the race. He sat under the tree and soon fell asleep. The tortoise plodding on overtook him and soon finished the race, emerging as the undisputed champ. The hare woke up and realised that he’d lost the race.

But, the moral was stupid: Slow & Steady Wins the Race

Maybe if you’re steady, but the person who made the moral might have had it in his mind that if you’re steady you’re slow: BUT THAT IS NOT RIGHT.

Being steady is good (Not changing your goal if an easier thing comes by), but you CAN be fast even if you’re steady. And also, the morals are these:

Fast & Steady Wins The Race

The Greatest Failure (Worst Feedback) In Life Is Not Participating 100%

Do it now, Do it right, Do it fast

The Success Principles

by Tejas

In the Only Success camp, we learnt 13 success principles. Those are:

1.) If I can’t, then I must

2.) Choices Have Consequences

3.) Learning Is Fun & Exciting

4.) Anything is Possible, It’s the Question of Right Strategy

5.) Do It Now, Do It Right, Do It Fast

6.) Play To Win, Not To Lose

7.) All Of Us Have The Same Neurology, If it is Possible For Others It’s Possible For Me

8.) There are No Failures Only Feedback

9.) The Greatest Failure (Worst Feedback) In Life Is Not Participating 100%

10.) For Things To Change, I Must Change First

11.) Once You Have A Target Do Whatever It Takes Till The Time Is Legal, Moral & Ethical

12.) Take Responsibility, No Blames, No Excuses, No Complaining

13.) Past is Not = Future

This year May, I went to the 4 day Only Success camp. The company, Only Success is run by Vidyashankar and my uncle, Praveen, is a director. I have been close to OS for a long time, and I was waiting for it. The camp was awesome & we learnt a lot of things including success principles etc. After I finished the camp, there were follow ups (They still go on) called Leadership Academy. Even the teachings their are cool. One day, there was this examination for the selection of Assistant Coaches for another Superbkids and Superbteens camp. I got selected. Being an A Coach was awesome. Me and my friend Mirthyun were the A Coaches of the youngest team, Knights. It was an amazing leadership experience for me.

Tarbosaurus

by Tejas

Tarbosaurus is a large, powerful dinosaur in the order Therepoda, closely related to Tyrannosaurus Rex. Tarbosaurus is slightly longer with a stronger bite force and can be considered more powerful. They hunt in packs and eat animals like Nemegtosaurus and Therizinosaurus. They are one of the most powerful animals. Saurolophus is also on the menu. Tarbosaurus was an apex predator at the top of the food chain. It lived about 75 million years BC in Mongolia and China, probably even going to India.

The King of Beasts: Crouched in Grass

 The Retreat -

Creeping down, paws not making any sound, deeply camouflaged, she walked, slowly. Her tail went up. She raised her head, her ears flattened. Her powerful jaws opened. She hissed. The lioness slowly walked towards the waterhole. Her sharp eyes looked front, straight, not at the water, when she as drinking. Her eyes were fixed, looking straight. Cold bits of fear made her spine shiver. The sun shined bright. A large bull elephant came. She had to retreat from the Goliath. The gargantuan beast showed his trunk near her. She retreated, climbing up a tree, waiting for her chance of drinking water.

The lesson of cubs: Most Lethal

She waited for 2 hours. At last, she and her cubs drank. Then the mother crept down. She walked slowly. Her tail went down and whiskers up. Her cubs copied her. Her sharp eyes were fixed on a chosen target: a gravy’s zebra. She went carefully, positioning herself on the right side of the back of the zebra. She pounced. Her claws unsheathed. The cubs helped her. She used all her might and wrestled the zebra to the ground. She held tight, till the zebra went on to paralysis. She bit the zebra on the back of the neck, squeezing his wind pipe, stopping his oxygen supply to the brain. The zebra died of high levels of asphyxia.

Meet with king

She began eating with her cubs. Her sharp back teeth ripped deeply through the flesh in the gentils, the softest part. A big male lion arrived. He was big. His mane was gold, chocolate brown and black. His eyes flashed brightly. His powerful body and stock forelimbs normally meant a meal for him. But this female was not ready to give it. She hissed. Both waited. They both wanted the other one to strike first. Then at last, the male was hungry and swiped the female’s face hard with his paw. She growled, and striked him back. Both began a ferocious fight. At last, the male retreated. This was a deadly experience for her.

Danger and power do differ but, some animals can be both deadly and powerful. And of them, all of them are deadly and powerful. This list does count deaths but also many other things such as fighting skills, attack, colour, lethality, shape, danger, size and diet. According to these, the Nature Freaks has ranked the worlds most aggressive creature. We also rank by points given out of 100. We give points for all the ranks and extra bonus for animals who attack on ambush. Now, Let’s begin.

Note: Do avoid these creatures, and they attack only when threatened, so do not harm them, either flee, or ask for help. The animals listed as E on the last are endangered. These are all non-human animals. And actually, humans are the most dangerous animals. All of them are not extinct. They live now and have been encountered by humans.

1.) Honey Badger- This is not a creature to avoid or harm. I wont say it’s all that friendly, but, this skunk like creature can be playful. But, be cautious, for it can use its claws to rip even metal to shreds. It’s powerful jaws can do more then just nibble, it can take a bite too much. It is immune to venom and can take down snakes, cheetahs, leopards and even lions!

2.)Komodo Dragon- This creature is more than capable of ripping you to shreds. His powerful jaws with razor sharp serrated teeth, saliva with lethal bacteria and venom glands, his bite is worse than most animals.

Blue Whale

by Tejas

The blue whale (Baleonoptera Musculus) is one of the most fascinating and powerful creatures ever. Reaching weights of 176.9876890322 tonnes and being 103.790865677 feet in length, the blue whale is probably the largest animal ever, bigger than even dinosaurs. But recently, a group of paleontologists and paleoanatomists have found a dinosaur who rivaled the blue whale in size. Named Brthkayasaurus or Bruhathkayasaurus (Misspelled Sanskrit brht, meaning heavy/heaviest and misspelled Greek soros, ‘lizard like reptile’. Pronounced Brihath-kaya-sorus), s/he weighed 174.6890763345643300 tonnes. The giant fish Leedsichthys also could have been that size. But, all these animals are considered to be smaller than the blue whale. The blue whale could swim at 26.8544 mph. His/her tail is the most powerful weapon. They have been known to kill orcas (killer whales). For more information visit Wikipedia.A large adult blue whale in the Pacific Ocean

The African Elephant

by Tejas

The African Elephant is the largest living land mammal. Weighing up to 8 tonnes and 13 feet tall, each tusk itself measures 7 feet long! The largest elephant was weighing 11 tonnes and stood 14.5 feet tall with each tusk measuring 10.4 feet long! They are capable of killing a 530 pound lion in one swipe of it’s trunk and can kill even a Predator X with one stab of his tusk on to the Predator X’s throat. The elephant is capable of killing Mammoths, Indrocotherium, etc. with his tusk’s. The African Elephant, though, is not immune to venom and can be killed by a black mamba but an elephant himself can also kill a black mamba.
